Sunday, September 14, at 6:30 p.m.—8:00 p.m. - The first meeting of the year in the Parish Center. Parents are invited to attend.
Saturday, November 8, 2014 - Garage Sale here from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.  Table reservations($20) will start September 15th. 

Our Summer Raffle tickets will be available for purchase next weekend Sept. 6 & 7 before and after all Masses. The drawing will occur at our September meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 9, 2014.  Ticket sales are currently a little behind so please consider purchasing some this weekend.  Thank you.

Thursday, September 11, our MEETING AND ICE CREAM SOCIAL at 7:00 p.m. Welcome, ladies of the parish! Come see what we're all about and have some ice cream, too. 

Tuesday, September 9, we meet at 7:30 p.m.preceded by the Litany and the Rosary @ 7:00 p.m.
New members are
  welcomed and encouraged to attend.  Our next Mass will be on Sunday, September 14, at 8:30 a.m.
We invite all the men to sit and pray together.


  • Our Faith Formation program begins on September 14, at 9:30 a.m. in the Parish Center. The fees are: one child $50.00; two children $90.00 and three or more $120.00. Please make checks out to Sacred Heart of Jesus.
  • On Sunday, September 14, our students are asked to attend the 11:00 a.m. Mass.  Father Joe will bless the teachers and students and ask God to be with them on their faith journey this year.
  • The Faith Formation Office, in the Parish Center, will be open from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Monday,Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Parents are asked to call or stop in to register their children. Pleasecall 683-6570. We want to be certain that we have enough textbooks and supplies for each child participating.
  • Thank you to the parishioners who donated supplies. We still need 2-pocket folders and composition notebooks. Donations can be dropped at the Rectory. We appreciate your help as these contributions help offset purchasing supplies.

During September we are collecting cereals
(e.g. Trix, Fruit Loops, Cocoa Puffs, etc.), Instant oatmeal, p
eanut butter and jelly(all regular sizes.)
Thank you for your very generous school supply donations.

All adults(or young adults) who love to sing are welcome to join us.  We will be resuming practices in September and usually practice on Thursdays @ 6PM.

Thanks to all who supported our first annual Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish Chicken BBQ on Wednesay. We had a great success thanks to all of the hungry customers and our dedicated on-site and behind-the-scene workers.
